Mr. Andrzej Kusz has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM SA continuously since 30 May 1998. Mr. Andrzej Kusz is the Vice-President of the Management Board of Miros\u0142aw Wr\u00f3bel Sp. z o. o. The above activity is not competitive in relation to the activity of the Issuer. Mr. Andrzej Kusz holds a university degree (M.Sc. in Economics): he graduated from the University of Economics in Pozna\u0144, the Faculty of Planning and Management in Finance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mr. Andrzej Kusz has the following professional experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 1977 – 1982 Wojskowe Zak\u0142ady Remontowo-Budowlane in Pozna\u0144;<\/li>\n
  • 1982 – 1990 Sp\u00f3\u0142dzielnia Mieszkaniowa “Je\u017cyce” in Pozna\u0144;<\/li>\n
  • 1990 – 1991 Argicoop S.A. in Warsaw as the Chief Accountant of the Pozna\u0144 branch;<\/li>\n
  • 1991-1992 PWHP Hurtex in Pozna\u0144 as a Financial Advisor \u2013 Chief Economist;<\/li>\n
  • 1992-1993 Pack Plast SP. z o.o. in Warsaw as the Head of the Branch ;<\/li>\n
  • 1994-2004 Bank Handlowy in Warsaw, since 2000 as the Regional Director in Wroc\u0142aw.<\/li>\n
  • 2004-2006 Bank Gospodarki \u017bywno\u015bciowej S.A. in Warsaw as the Director of the Wielkopolska Region;<\/li>\n
  • Since 2006 he has run his own business named Biuro Doradztwa Strategicznego Andrzej Kusz;<\/li>\n
  • since 2011 he has held the function of the Vice President of the Management Board of Miros\u0142aw Wr\u00f3bel SP. z o.o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In addition to the functions held in the bodies of the Issuer, Mr. Andrzej Kusz holds\/has held the following functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Intermoda S.A. in Wroclaw;<\/li>\n
    • The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vistal S.A. in Wroclaw;<\/li>\n
    • The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Imfort S.A. in Wroclaw;<\/li>\n
    • The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of  BG\u017b Leasing Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw;<\/li>\n
    • The Vice President of the Management Board of Intermoda Fashion Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw.<\/li>\n
    • The Vice President of the Management Board of Zaberd SA in Wroclaw<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
