Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw, acting in accordance with Art. 70, point 1 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies announces to the public that on 7 March 2017 the Company was informed by Nationale Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny _ hereinafter referred to as \u201eFund\u201d_ that as a result of the purchase of shares of the company TIM SA during WSE transactions and settled on 1 March 2017, the Fund increased its holding of shares to over 5% votes in the Company\u2019s General Meeting.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the statement of the Fund, referred to above, prior to the purchase of the shares the Fund held 1,065,649 shares of the Company constituting 4.80% of the Company\u2019s share capital and entitling it to 1,065,649 votes at the General Meeting, which constituted 4.80% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the statement of the Fund, referred to above, after making the settlement of the abovementioned transaction on 1 March 2017 the Fund\u2019s securities account held 1,565,649 shares of the Company constituting 7.05% of the Company\u2019s share capital and entitling to 1,565,649 votes at the General Meeting, which constituted 7.05% of the total number of votes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
