Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw informs that on 24.03.2017 the Management Board of TIM SA adopted a resolution on the distribution of profit generated by TIM SA in 2016. Pursuant to the aforementioned resolution and the motion drawn up on its basis to the Supervisory Board and the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA, the profit generated by the Company in 2016 will be allocated in its entirety to cover the loss from previous years.
\nThe motion, referred to above, was examined and positively evaluated by the Supervisory Board of TIM SA at a meeting on 24.03.2017.
\nThe final decision on the distribution of profit generated in 2016 will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
