With reference to the current report No. 14\/2021 of 19.05.2021 \u201cAnnouncement of convening Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. for 15.06.2021\u201d the Company TIM S.A. with its registered office in\u00a0Wroc\u0142aw, notified that on 01.06.2021 it received from a Shareholder of TIM S.A.\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Mr. Krzysztof\u00a0Folta\u00a0\u2013 a nomination of Mr.\u00a0Leszek\u00a0Mierzwa\u00a0for a Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. in the elections to the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A., which will be held at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA convened for the date of 15.06.2021.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Attached to this report, in order to allow the Shareholders of TIM S.A. to become acquainted with the candidate prior to the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A., the Company submits a professional resume of Mr.\u00a0Leszek\u00a0Mierzwa\u00a0and a declaration \u2013 consent of Mr.\u00a0Leszek\u00a0Mierzwa\u00a0to run in the elections to the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
