TIM S.A. with its registered office in\u00a0<\/span>Wroc\u0142aw<\/span>\u00a0_ hereinafter<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u201cIssuer\u201d_ notifies that on 16 June 2021 the Issuer\u2019s subsidiary \u2013 3LP S.A. with its registered office in\u00a0<\/span>Siechnice<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 commenced preliminary preparatory activities to carry out the initial public offering _IPO_ of 3LP S.A. shares and to admit the company\u2019s shares to trading on the regulated market operated by\u00a0<\/span>Gie\u0142da<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Papier\u00f3w<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Warto\u015bciowych<\/span>\u00a0w\u00a0<\/span>Warszawie<\/span>\u00a0S.A. – Warsaw Stock Exchange.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>IPO is being considered in order for 3LP S.A. to collect funds to finance the company\u2019s further development.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
