TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw _hereinafter referred to as: \u2018TIM S.A.\u2019, \u2018Company\u2019 informs that within the framework of the capital stock repurchase programme implemented on the basis of the Resolution No. 22\/28.06.2022 of the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. of 28.06.2022 published in current report No. 17\/2022 of 28.06.2022 and in accordance with the Regulations adopted by the Management Board of the Company for the repurchase of capital stock of TIM S.A. published in current report No. 35\/2022 of 22.11.2022, The Company made the following purchases of capital stock _ISIN code: PLTIM0000016_ in the period from 07.12.2022 to 13.12.2022, through the Brokerage Office of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., during the trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange:<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 07.12.2022, 5,338 capital stock with a total value of PLN 151,964.80 for an average unit stock price of PLN 28.47. This stock represents 0.024% of the stock capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 5,338 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents 0.024% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 08.12.2022, 5,459 capital stock with a total value of PLN 156,040.90 for an average unit stock price of PLN 28.58. This stock represents 0.025% of the stock capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 5,459 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents 0.025% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 09.12.2022, 5,507 capital stock with a total value of PLN 157,084.85 for an average unit stock price of PLN 28.52. This stock represents 0.025% of the stock capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 5,507 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents 0.025% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 12.12.2022, 5,597 capital stock with a total value of PLN 157,909.90 for an average unit stock price of PLN 28.21. This stock represents 0.025% of the stock capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 5,597 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents 0.025% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 13.12.2022, 5,782 capital stock with a total value of PLN 165,654.30 for an average unit stock price of PLN 28.65. This stock represents 0.026% of the stock capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 5,782 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents 0.026% of the total number of votes. Taking into account the above transactions in the acquisition of stock, TIM S.A. holds 74,887 capital stock, representing 0.34% of the share capital of the Company, entitling to 74,887 votes at the General Meeting of TIM S.A., which represents 0.34% of the total number of votes. TIM S.A. herewith provides detailed data on concluded transactions during the period from 07.12.2022 to 13.12.2022.<\/p>\n
