TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw _hereinafter referred to as: \u2018TIM S.A.\u2019, \u2018Company\u2019 informs that within the framework of the capital stock repurchase programme implemented on the basis of the Resolution No. 22\/28.06.2022 of the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. of 28.06.2022 published in current report No. 17\/2022 of 28.06.2022 and in accordance with the Regulations adopted by the Management Board of the Company for the repurchase of capital stock of TIM S.A. published in current report No. 35\/2022 of 22.11.2022, The Company made the following purchases of capital stock _ISIN code: PLTIM0000016_ in the period from 14.12.2022 to 20.12.2022, through the Brokerage Office of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., during the trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange:<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 14.12.2022, 5,986 capital stock with a total value of PLN 173,500.45 for an average unit stock price of PLN 28.98. This stock represents 0.027% of the stock capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 5,986 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents 0.027% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 15.12.2022, 6,376 capital stock with a total value of PLN 178,706.65 for an average unit stock price of PLN 28.03. This stock represents 0.029% of the stock capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 6,376 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents 0.029% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 16.12.2022, 6,390 capital stock with a total value of PLN 178,645.10 for an average unit stock price of PLN 27.96. This stock represents 0.025% of the stock capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 6,390 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents 0.025% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 19.12.2022, 4,052 capital stock with a total value of PLN 113,721.60 for an average unit stock price of PLN 28.07. This stock represents 0.018% of the stock capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 4,052 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents 0.018% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 20.12.2022, 6,206 capital stock with a total value of PLN 174,292 for an average unit stock price of PLN 28.08. This stock represents 0.028% of the stock capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 6,206 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents 0.028% of the total number of votes. Taking into account the above transactions in the acquisition of stock, TIM S.A. holds 103,897 capital stock, representing 0.47% of the share capital of the Company, entitling to 103,897 votes at the General Meeting of TIM S.A., which represents 0.47% of the total number of votes. TIM S.A. herewith provides detailed data on concluded transactions during the period from 14.12.2022 to 20.12.2022.<\/p>\n
