The Management Board of TIM S.A. based in Wroc\u0142aw_the \u201cCompany\u201d, the \u201cIssuer\u201d or \u201cTIM S.A.\u201d_announces that, on 3 June 2024, the Issuer received from the Shareholder \u2013 FEGA Schmitt Elektrogro\u00dfhandel GmbH based in Ansbach, Germany_the \u201cShareholder\u201d_and the following parent companies of the Shareholder, i.e. W\u00fcrth Elektrogro\u00dfhandel GmbH Co. KG based in K\u00fcnzelsau, Germany _W\u00fcrth Elektrogro\u00dfhandel\u201d_ and Mr Reinhold Adolf W\u00fcrth, who is the indirect parent company for W\u00fcrth Elektrogro\u00dfhandel, notifications submitted pursuant to Article 69 and Article 69a of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organised Trading System and on Public Companies, on the change in the shareholding of TIM S.A.<\/p>\n

The change in shareholding followed the registration by the court on 28 May 2024 of an increase in the Company\u2019s share capital resulting in a change in the number of shares (and votes respectively) in the share capital from 22,933,066 to 23,300,000 ordinary bearer shares. The registration of the share capital increase resulted in a change in the percentage of shares in the total number of shares at the General Meeting of TIM S.A.<\/p>\n

The notifications referred to above are attached to this report.<\/p>\n
