The Board of TIM S.A. with its registered seat in Wroc\u0142aw, acting on the basis of Article 70, section 1 of the Act on Public Offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organized trading system and public companies informs that on 03.03.2015 it received from Miros\u0142aw Nowakowski a notification regarding the disposal of stock of TIM S.A.<\/p>\n

According to the above-mentioned notification, on 23.02.2015 Miros\u0142aw Nowakowski sold 1,000 (say: one thousand) stocks of TIM S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 1,000 each stock. As a result of the carried our transaction the share of stocks held by Miros\u0142aw Nowakowski in the share capital of TIM S.A. decreased below 5%. Number of stocks held by Miros\u0142aw Nowakowski before the above-mentioned transaction was 1,110,800 (one million, one hundred ten thousand, eight hundred) stocks which corresponds to the share of 5.004% in the share capital of TIM S.A. and granted right to 1,110,800 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A., which constituted 5.004% in the general number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.<\/p>\n

According to the above-mentioned notification, number of stocks held by Miros\u0142aw Nowakowski after the above-mentioned transaction is 1,109,800 (one million, one hundred nine thousand, eight hundred) stocks which corresponds to the share of 4.999 % in the share capital of TIM S.A. and grants right to 1,109,800 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A., which constitutes 4.999 % in the general number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.<\/p>\n

According to the statement of Miros\u0142aw Nowakowski there is no entity dependant on Miros\u0142aw Nowakowski which holds stocks of TIM S.A. and there are no third parties that Miros\u0142aw Nowakowski has concluded a contract with regarding the transfer of entitlements to exercise the voting rights.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
