The Board of TIM S.A. with its registered seat in Wroc\u0142aw informs that on 30 March 2015 the Company received the signed copy of Annexe No. 2 of 27 March 2015 to the Open-End Credit Agreement No. BDK\/KR-O\/000057194\/0029\/13 concluded on 27 March 2013 by and between Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. with its registered seat in Warszawa (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) and TIM S.A.<\/p>\n

On the basis of the above-mentioned Annexe No. 2 to the Credit Agreement the Bank extended TIM S.A. the bank credit in the amount of PLN 10 million (say: ten million zlotys) by 25 March 2016.<\/p>\n

Interest rate of the Credit was set as a sum of WIBOR rate for three-month deposits and the Bank’s mark-up. The basis security specified in the Credit Agreement mentioned above, is a pledge on stocks.<\/p>\n

The Issuer informed about establishing the above-mentioned pledge in Current Report No. 14\/2013 of 29\/08\/2013. Making this information public is justified by the fact that extending the Credit Agreement by Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. for another period may have an influence of the assessment of the Issuer’s financial condition.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
