The Board of TIM S.A. with its registered seat in Wroc\u0142aw, acting on the basis of Article 5, section 1, subsection 9 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State hereby informs that on 24 April 2015 the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. acting on the basis of Article 66, section 4 of the Act of 29 September 1994 (Dz.U. 02,76,694) on Accountancy and in conformity with Article 24, section 4, subsection 3 of the Articles of Association of the Company, chose Grant Thornton Fr\u0105ckowiak Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 Sp\u00f3\u0142ka komandytowa [limited liability company, limited partnership] with its registered seat in Pozna\u0144, entered into the list of entities authorised to examine the Financial Statements kept by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors under the number 3654, as an entity authorised to carry out the examination of the individual Financial Statements of TIM S.A. for 2015 and the consolidated Financial Statements of the TIM Group of Companies for 2015, as well as carrying out a review of the individual Financial Statements of TIM S.A. developed as of 30.06.2015 and the consolidated Financial Statements of the TIM Group of Companies developed as of 30.06.2015. The Board of TIM S.A. informs that TIM S.A. has been using services of Grant Thornton Fr\u0105ckowiak Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 Sp\u00f3\u0142ka komandytowa in the scope of consultancy services.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
