The Management Board of TIM SA, with its seat in Wroc\u0142aw, informs that on 31.05.2016 it received a notification from Mr. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski \u2013 a Shareholder of TIM S.A. \u2013 about the intent to propose, during the General Meeting of the Company on 21 June 2016, the application of Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk to become the Member of TIM S.A. Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n

According to the declaration, Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk agrees to be a candidate for the Member of TIM S.A. Supervisory Board. According to the declaration, Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk meets the criteria required to become the Member of the Company Supervisory Board, especially the criteria concerning the independent Member of the Supervisory Board provided for in Attachment II to the recommendation by the European Commission 2005\/162\/EC dated 15 February 2005 on the role of non-executive directors or directors who are members of the supervisory board of listed companies and supervisory board committees, as well as additional requirements stated in Good Practice of Companies Listed on the WSE 2016.
