TIM SA, with its seat in Wroc\u0142aw, operating in compliance with \u00a7 38 section 1 point point 22 of the Ordinance of Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodical information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for approving as equivalent information, required by the law of a non-member state, would like to inform on the content of resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. on 21 June 2016, including attachments to the above mentioned resolutions and the number of shares, due to which valid votes were executed.<\/p>\n
