The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw _hereinafter referred to as: “the Company” _ pursuant to \u00a7 5(1) and \u00a7 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state, informs that on July 2, 2018 the Management Board of TIM S.A. adopted a resolution to grant Mr. Piotr Nosal a power of attorney including the empowerment to act on behalf of TIM S.A. together with a member of the Management Board of the Company.
