TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw (hereinafter referred to as \u201cTIM S.A.\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) informs that the Company’s unconsolidated revenue cumulatively since 1 January 2021 has exceeded PLN 1 billion (in words: one billion zloty), thus the main financial objectives adopted by the Management Board of TIM S.A. in\u00a0<\/span>\u201c<\/span>Medium-term strategy of TIM S.A. for the years 2019-2021<\/span>\u201d<\/span>\u00a0have been achieved, i.e. achieving by 2021 the Company’s annual revenue at the level of at least PLN 1 billion and EBITDA profitability not lower than 3.6%.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
<\/span>The Company informed about the adoption of the aforementioned strategy in current report no. 12\/2019 of 11 April 2019.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
