January better by over 1\/3 than January 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><span class=\"TextRun SCXW223967806 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml_lang=\"EN-GB\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW223967806 BCX0\">Preliminary estimates show that the revenue of TIM SA from net sales of goods and services directly related to the sales of goods amounted to more than PLN 104.2 million in January 2022, an increase by 38,8% compared to the corresponding period in 2021.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW223967806 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Estimated on-line sales made by customers on their own totalled more than PLN 75.4 million in January 2022, i.e. an increase by 41.1% compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is the first January and the eleventh month in a row in the company\u2019s history where the sales revenues exceeded PLN 100 million,\u201d notes Krzysztof Folta, President of the Management Board of TIM SA. \u201cWe are experiencing a permanent trend that has not even been threatened by the Christmas and New Year period with a long weekend. Officially, January 2022 had 21 working days, but if we assume that most companies had an additional day off for the New Year\u2019s Day on Saturday, it turn outs that sales per working day actually exceeded PLN 5,2 million last month,\u201d estimates Krzysztof Folta.<\/p>\n<p>The sales made by TIM in the last full week of January (24-30.01.2022) also had an additional charitable dimension, as the company decided to donate 1 zloty from each order placed at that time for the 30th Grand Final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. \u201cIn addition, we have made available the Orchestra\u2019s virtual money box, which has been financed by contributions by our customers as well as by our employees.
