TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw, hereinafter also referred to as: \u2018TIM S.A.\u2019, the \u2018Company\u2019 informs that within the framework of the treasury shares repurchase programme implemented on the basis of the Resolution No. 22\/28 June 2022 of the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. of 28 June 2022 published in the current report No. 17\/2022 of 28 June 2022 and in accordance with the Regulations adopted by the Management Board of the Company for the repurchase of treasure shares of TIM S.A. published in the current report No. 35\/2022 of 22 November 2022, the Company made the following transactions for the purchase of treasury shares _ISIN code: PLTIM0000016_ in the period from 30 January 2023 to 01 February 2023, through the Brokerage Office of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., during the stock exchange trading sessions on the main market of Gie\u0142da Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych w Warszawie S.A.:<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 30 January 2023, 3,144 treasury shares with a total value of PLN 102,952.90 for an average unit share price of PLN 32.75. The shares represent 0.014% of the share capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 3,144 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 0.014% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 31 January 2023, 2,400 treasury shares with a total value of 80,660.00 for an average unit share price of PLN 33,61. The shares represent 0.011% of the share capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 2,400 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 0.011% of the total number of votes.<\/p>\n

\u2013 on 1 February 2023, 2,979 treasury shares with a total value of PLN 102,681.95 for an average unit share price of PLN 34.47. The shares represent 0.013% of the share capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 2,979 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 0.013% of the total number of votes. Taking into account the above transactions for the purchase of shares, TIM S.A. holds a total of 216,631 treasury shares, representing 0.98% of the share capital of the Company, entitling to 216,631 votes at the General Meeting of TIM S.A., representing 0.98% of the total number of votes. As an attachment hereto, TIM S.A. provides the detailed data on the concluded transactions for the purchase of treasury shares during the period from 30 January 2023 to 1 February 2023.<\/p>\n
