T<\/span><\/span><\/span>IM S.A. with its registered office in\u00a0Wroc\u0142aw\u00a0acting pursuant to Art.\u00a0<\/span>70, point<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies is announcing to the public the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. which was held on 15 June 2021.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>1.Krzysztof Folta:\u00a0<\/span>4\u202f600\u202f000 stocks\/votes (33.43 % of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A.; 20.72 % in the total number of votes),<\/span>
\nat the OGM of TIM S.A., which was held on\u00a015.06.2021,\u00a0Ewa\u00a0and Krzysztof\u00a0Folta\u00a0held a total of:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>5\u00a0204\u00a0814\u00a0stocks\/votes (37.83\u00a0% of the number of votes at the\u00a0Ordinary\u00a0General\u00a0Meeting of TIM S.A.;\u00a023.45\u00a0% in the total number of votes).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.Krzysztof Wieczorkowski:\u00a0<\/span>3\u202f000 000 stocks\/votes (21.80 % of the number of votes at the\u00a0Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A.;\u00a013.51 % of the share in the total number of votes).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3.Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny:\u00a0<\/span>1\u202f641 000 stocks\/votes (11.93\u00a0% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A.; 7.39\u00a0% in the total number of votes).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
