The Management Board of TIM S.A. based in Wroc\u0142aw _, the \u2018Company\u2019_, announces that on 8 March 2024, the Company submitted a request to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for permission to withdraw the Company\u2019s shares from trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. _\u2019WSE\u2019_.
\nThe request concerns all shares of the Company, i.e. 22,199,200 _twenty-two million one hundred and ninety-nine thousand two hundred_ series A, B, C, D, E and F shares introduced to trading on the regulated market operated by the WSE and dematerialised and registered with the Central Securities Depository of Poland _\u2019KDPW\u2019_ and designated by the NDS with the ISIN code: PLTIM0000016.
\nThe request was made for the purpose of implementing Resolution No. 4\/08.03.2024 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of 8 March 2024 on the withdrawal of the Company\u2019s shares from trading on the regulated market and to authorise the Management Board of the Company to take actions to withdraw the Company\u2019s shares admitted to trading on the regulated market.<\/p>\n
