TIM CG joins the business line of the W\u00fcrth Electrical Wholesale Group, which is one of the leading wholesalers of electrotechnical materials in the European market. Both TIM Capital Group companies – TIM S.A. and the logistics company 3LP S.A. – will continue to operate as independent companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following this transaction, the shares of TIM SA are withdrawn from the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange as of 5 June 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
