The Board of TIM S.A. with its registered seat in Siechnice, acting on the basis of Article 70, section 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organized trading system and public companies, makes public the list of Shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. which took place on 13 January 2015.<\/p>\n

  1. Krzysztof Folta: 3,990,500 stocks\/votes (23.08 % of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; 17.97% shares in the total number of votes).<\/li>\n
  2. Jointly Ewa and Krzysztof Folta at the Extraordinary GMS of TIM S.A. held: 4,190,500 stocks\/votes (24.23% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; 18.87% shares in the total number of votes).<\/li>\n
  3. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski: 3,000,000 stocks\/votes (17.35% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; 13.51% shares in the total number of votes).<\/li>\n
  4. AVIVA OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY AVIVA BZ WBK [Open Pension Fund]: 2.067.108 stocks\/votes (11.95 % of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; 9.31 % shares in the total number of votes).<\/li>\n
  5. ING Parsol: 1,271,818 stocks\/votes (7.35% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; 5.73% shares in the total number of votes).<\/li>\n
  6. Miros\u0142aw Nowakowski: 1,110,800 stocks\/votes (6.42 % of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; 5.00 % shares in the total number of votes).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    According to the participants list of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, the Shareholders who hold 17,290,621 stocks entitling to 17,290,621 votes which constituted 77.89% shares in the share capital of TIM S.A. amounting to PLN 22,199,200.00. One stock of TIM S.A. entitles to one vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
