The Board of TIM S.A. hereby informs that on 24.02.2015 the Company received a decision of the District Court for Wroc\u0142aw-Fabryczna, 9th Commercial Department of the National Court Register issued on 20.02.2015; pursuant to the decision the seat of TIM S.A. was changed.<\/p>\n

Current seat of the Company was located in Siechnice. Upon the above-mentioned change the seat of TIM S.A. is located in Wroc\u0142aw.<\/p>\n

The current address of TIM S.A. is as follows:<\/p>\n

The above-mentioned change was carried out on the basis of Resolution No. 6\/13.01.2015 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. regarding the change of Article 2 of the Articles of Association of the Company, passed on 13.01.2015.
The information on on passing the above-mentioned Resolution by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. was made public by TIM S.A. on 14.01.2015 (Current Report No. 2\/2015).<\/p>\n
