The Management Board of TIM S.A., acting on the basis of a regulation specified in part II, section 1, subsection 5 of the document “Good Practices of WSE Listed Companies”, notifies that on 09.06.2015 it received a notification from the Shareholder of the Company – Krzysztof Folta – concerning the intention of putting forward Grzegorz Dzik as a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company during the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders called as of 11 June 2015.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the submitted written statement, Grzegorz Dzik gives his consent to applying for a Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. The Curriculum Vitae of Krzysztof Folta, received from the Shareholder of TIM S.A. constitutes an Attachment to the Report.<\/p>\n
