Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw, acting in accordance with Art. 70, point 1 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies hereby notifies the public that on 14 September 2015 the Company was informed by NN Investment Partners Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA (formerly: ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.) hereinafter referred to as \u201eTowarzystwo\u201d, that the ownership of shares of TIM SA by all investment funds managed by Towarzystwo has dropped below the threshold of 5% of votes at the general meeting of that company.<\/p>\n

The share in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the company TIM S.A. has changed due to the disposal of the Company\u2019s shares on 8 September 2015 by NN Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty.
According to the representation of Towarzystwo, before the change in the share the funds managed by Towarzystwo had owned a total of 1 133 212 shares of TIM S.A., which represented a share of 5.10% of the Company\u2019s share capital. Before the change, the shares owned by the investment funds managed by Twarzystwo gave a total of 1 133 212 votes at the general meeting of the Company, which represented 5.10% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of TIM SA.
According to the representation of Towarzystwo, as at the date of exceeding the threshold, the investment funds managed by Towarzystwo owned a total of 1 046 143 shares of TIM SA which entitled to 1 046 143 votes at the general meeting of the Company, which represented a share of 4.71% of the share capital of TIM SA and in the overall number of votes at the General Meeting of TIM SA.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
