Acting pursuant to Art. 56, sec. 1. point 1 of the Act of 29.07.2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading System and Public Companies in conjunction with Art. 154 of the Act of 29.07.2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, the Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw informs that on 16.11.2015 TIM SA with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw concluded a trilateral agreement on the establishment of the TAK Group with Kaczmarek Electric S.A. with its registered office in Wolsztyn and Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Handlowe A-T S.A. with its registered office in Krotoszyn.
The object of the above agreement is to specify the conditions for cooperation between the parties in the scope of joint negotiations with the suppliers of goods and services in order to determine more favourable purchase terms.
The TAK Group is not a legal entity distinct from the parties to the above mentioned agreement and the parties shall retain complete autonomy in managing their businesses, in the free and unstructured formation and the methods of implementation of their trade policies in all their aspects and in the scope of purchasing decisions made in the relations with Suppliers.
The agreement, referred to above, does not meet the conditions of a reference contract, however in the opinion of the Management Board of TIM SA the fact of its conclusion may have a potential impact on the Company\u2019s future results.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
