Management Board of TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw acting pursuant to Art. 70, point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies is announcing to the public the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. which was held on 28 January 2016<\/p>\n

  1. Krzysztof Folta: 4,244,000 stocks\/votes (27.7 % of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting;19.12 % of the share in the total number of votes), at the EGM of TIM SA Ewa and Krzysztof Folta held a total of: 4,444,000 stocks\/votes (29.7 % of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 20.02 % of the share in the total number of votes).<\/li>\n
  2. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski: 3,000,000 stocks\/votes (19.63 % of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 13.51 % of the share in the total number of votes).<\/li>\n

According to the attendance list the Extraordinary General Meeting of TIM SA was attended by shareholders holding 15,286,362 shares entitling to 15,286,362 votes which represented 68.86 % of the share in the share capital of TIM S.A. amounting to PLN 22,199,200.00.
