Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw acting pursuant to \u00a7 5, sec. 1, point 19 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State hereby informs that on 17 March 2016 the Supervisory Board of TIM SA, acting pursuant to Art. 66, sec. 4 of the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 _ Dz. U.02,76,694 _ in accordance with par. 24, sec. 4, point 3 of the Company\u2019s Articles of Association, has made a choice of the company Grant Thornton Polska Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 Sp\u00f3\u0142ka komandytowa with its registered office n Pozna\u0144, entered in the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements kept by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors under the number 4055, as the entity authorized to audit the unconsolidated financial statements of TIM SA for the year 2016 and the consolidated financial statements of the TIM Capital Group for the year 2016, as also to review the unconsolidated financial statements of TIM prepared as at 30.06.2016 and the consolidated financial statements of the TIM Capital Group prepared as at 30.06.2016.<\/p>\n

At the same time the Management Board of TIM SA notifies that TIM SA has not yet availed of the services of the company Grant Thornton Polska Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 Sp\u00f3\u0142ka komandytowa. Given that the company Grant Thornton Polska Sp. z o.o. sp k. and Grant Thornton Fr\u0105ckowiak sp. z o.o. s.k are associated in Grant Thornton International Ltd, TIM SA informs that it had previously cooperated with the company Grant Thornton Fr\u0105ckowiak Sp. z o.o. s.k. in the scope of advisory services; in addition the company Grant Thornton Fr\u0105ckowiak Sp. z o.o. s.k. had audited unconsolidated financial statements of TIM SA prepared for the year 2015 and the consolidated financial statements of the TIM Capital Group for the year 2015, as also performed a review of the unconsolidated financial statements of TIM prepared as at 30.06.2015 and the consolidated financial statements of the TIM Capital Group prepared as at 30.06.2015.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
