TIM S.A. pursuant to \u00a7 100, sec. 4, in conjunction with \u00a7 38, sec. 1, point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State notifies that on 10 August 2016 the Company received a decision of the District Court for Wroc\u0142aw-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Department of the National Court Register issued on 29.07.2016 on making an entry in the National Court Register \u2013 Register of Entrepreneurs of the amended text of the Articles of Association; pursuant to the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. No. 25\/21\/06.2016 of 21 June 2016. Pursuant to the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. all previous provisions of the Articles of Association from \u00a7 1 to \u00a7 36 were repealed and replaced with paragraphs from \u00a7 1 to \u00a7 30.<\/p>\n
