The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to Article 70(3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, published a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. held on October 5, 2018.

1. Krzysztof Folta: 4,555,000 shares / votes _31.67% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 20.50% share in the total number of votes, in total Ewa and Krzysztof Folta at NWZ TIM SA held: 4,983,587 shares / votes _34.68% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 22.45% share in the total number of votes.

2.Krzysztof Wieczorkowski: 3,000,000 shares/votes _20, 88% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 13.51% of the share in the total number of votes_.

3.The funds represented by ALTUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., i.e.:

7. Kazimierz Stogniew: 747 004 shares/votes _5.20% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 3.37% share in the total number of votes_.

In accordance with the attendance list, the Extraordinary General Meeting of TIM SA was attended by shareholders holding 14 369 044 shares that entitled to 14 369 044 votes, which constituted 64.73% share in the share capital of TIM S.A. in the amount of PLN 22 199 200.00. One TIM SA share entitles to one vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of TIM SA.
