| The Management Board of TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to Article 70(3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies, published the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinaty General Meeting of TIM S.A. held on June 22, 2017.
1.Krzysztof Folta: 4 445 000 shares/votes _ 40.79% of votes at the Annual General Meeting; a share of 20.02% in the total number of votes_, Ewa and Krzysztof Folta together at the AGM of TIM SA held: 4.795.000 shares/votes _ 43.99% of votes at the Annual General Meeting; 21.60% share in the general number of votes_. 2.Krzysztof Wieczorkowski: 3.000.000 shares/votes _ 27.53% of votes at the Annual General Meeting; 13.51% share in the general number of votes_. 3.Jan Walulik: 861 401 shares/votes _ 7.9% of votes at the Annual General Meeting; 3.88 % share in the general number of votes_. 4.Kazimierz Stogniew: 747 004 shares/votes _ 6.85% of votes at the Annual General Meeting; 3.37% share in the general number of votes_. 5.THE GOVERNMENT OF NORWAY: 662 584 shares/votes _ 6.08 % of votes at the Annual General Meeting; 2.98% share in the general number of votes_. 6.Mirosław Nowakowski: 600.000 shares/votes _ 5.51% of votes at the Annual General Meeting; 2.70% share in the general number of votes_. In accordance with the attendance list, the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA was attended by shareholders holding 10.897.733 shares that entitled to 10.897.733 votes, which constituted 49.09% share in the share capital of TIM S.A. in the amount of PLN 22 199 200.00. A single share of TIM SA entitles to one vote at the Annual General Meeting of TIM SA. |
