Krzysztof Folta, on 12/03/2021 reappointed as the President of the Management Board of TIM SA, holds the degree of M.Sc.(Electrical Engineering) – he graduated from the Wroclaw University of Technology, course: Electrotechnology, specializing in: Electric Metrology.

Mr. Krzysztof Folta has been the President of the Management Board of TIM SA continuously since 15 June 1995.

Mr. Krzysztof Folta’s term of office starts the day after the date of the Annual General Meeting of TIM SA approving the financial statements of TIM SA for the year 2020 and expires on the date of the Annual General Meeting of TIM SA approving the financial statements of TIM SA for the year 2023.

Mr. Krzysztof Folta has completed a lot of courses and management training organized, among others, by Wroclaw School of Management – course in Preparation to Hold Management Functions and the Canadian Institute of Management – “Management” 2000 ” Program.

Krzysztof Folta has the following professional experience:

• 1988 – until present – TIM SA, including continuous function of the President of the Management Board,
• 1984 – 1987- the Head of the Establishment – Młodzieżowa Spółdzielnia Pracy Unita with its registered office in Wrocław.

Apart from his function in the TIM SA Management Board, Krzysztof Folta held the following functions:

• The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rotopino. PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz,
• The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EL-IT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw,
• The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Elektrotim S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław.

Apart from his function in the TIM SA Management Board, Krzysztof Folta holds the following functions:

• The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of 3LP S.A. with its registered office in Siechnice.

According to his declaration to the Company:

• except for the held shares of companies traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA (including shares of TIM SA), Mr. Krzysztof Folta is not a partner or a shareholder in limited companies or partnerships,
• Mr. Krzysztof Folta is not engaged in any competitive activity in relation to TIM SA, he is not involved in a competitive company as a partner in a partnerhip, neither he acts as a member of a limited company body except for subsidiaries of TIM SA, nor he participates in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body,
• Mr. Krzysztof Folta is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register (KRS) Act.
