Mr. Andrzej Kusz has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM SA continuously since 30 May 1998. Mr. Andrzej Kusz is the Vice-President of the Management Board of Mirosław Wróbel Sp. z o. o. The above activity is not competitive in relation to the activity of the Issuer. Mr. Andrzej Kusz holds a university degree (M.Sc. in Economics): he graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań, the Faculty of Planning and Management in Finance.
Mr. Andrzej Kusz has the following professional experience:
1977 – 1982 Wojskowe Zakłady Remontowo-Budowlane in Poznań;
1982 – 1990 Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa “Jeżyce” in Poznań;
1990 – 1991 Argicoop S.A. in Warsaw as the Chief Accountant of the Poznań branch;
1991-1992 PWHP Hurtex in Poznań as a Financial Advisor – Chief Economist;
1992-1993 Pack Plast SP. z o.o. in Warsaw as the Head of the Branch ;
1994-2004 Bank Handlowy in Warsaw, since 2000 as the Regional Director in Wrocław.
2004-2006 Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej S.A. in Warsaw as the Director of the Wielkopolska Region;
Since 2006 he has run his own business named Biuro Doradztwa Strategicznego Andrzej Kusz;
since 2011 he has held the function of the Vice President of the Management Board of Mirosław Wróbel SP. z o.o.
In addition to the functions held in the bodies of the Issuer, Mr. Andrzej Kusz holds/has held the following functions:
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Intermoda S.A. in Wroclaw;
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vistal S.A. in Wroclaw;
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Imfort S.A. in Wroclaw;
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BGŻ Leasing Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw;
The Vice President of the Management Board of Intermoda Fashion Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw.
The Vice President of the Management Board of Zaberd SA in Wroclaw
The activity of the above entities is not competitive in relation to the activity of the Issuer.
