The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław hereby announces that on 27/07/2018 Mrs. Ewa Folta – a person closely related to Mr Krzysztof Folta, the President of the TIM SA Management Board – notified the Company on the purchase of TIM SA shares.
