| The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław announces that on May 9, 2018 the Company received a copy of Annex no.1 signed by both the parties of 27.04 2018 to the agreement on current account overdraft facility concluded by TIM SA and mBank SA with its registered office in Warsaw _ hereinafter referred to as ”the Bank” _ pursuant to which the Bank granted TIM SA an overdraft in the amount of PLN 12 m _in words: twelve million PLN_. Pursuant to the above Annex, the agreement has been extended for another term until 31/10/2019. The Company published the information on the conclusion of the above agreement in the current statement No. 31/2017 of 31.07.2017 The Management Board of TIM SA notes that the above information is considered confidential within the meaning of the definition set out in Article 7 MAR due to the fact that the amount of potential liability of TIM SA towards the entities belonging to the mBank Group may influence future financial results of TIM SA. |
