| TIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. appointed on 15 May 2019 Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczy and Mr Andrzej Kusz to be Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The mandate of the above-mentioned Members of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. shall commence on the day following the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. endorsing the Financial Statements of TIM S.A. for 2018. The mandate of the above-mentioned Members of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. shall expire at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. endorsing the Financial Statements for 2021, at the latest. According to the statement submitted to the Company: – Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk does not run a business competitive in relation to TIM S.A. and is not a partner in any private partnership, partnership or a member of a joint stock company, and does not operate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. – Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of an Act on The National Court Register, – Andrzej Kusz does not run a business competitive in relation to TIM S.A. and is not a partner in any private partnership, partnership or a member of a joint stock company, and does not operate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. – Andrzej Kusz is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of an Act on The National Court Register.
