| TIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław (“the Company”) informs that on 10 May 2019 it received a notification from Rockbridge TFI S.A. with its seat in Warszawa, ul. Marszałkowska 142 – a Shareholder of TIM S.A. – about putting forward Krzysztof Kaczmarek as a candidate for the Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A.
The candidate was submitted for consideration as part of the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. called for 15 May 2019 (Current Report of the Company no. 13/2019 of 18 April 2019). |
