| The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław hereby corrects an obvious writing error contained in the current statement No. 38/2017 of 14.11.2017 r on the resignation from the function of a member of the Management Board of TIM SA, with regard to the date of submission of the resignation.
It read: “The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław informs that on November 17, 2017, Mr. Artur Piekarczyk, a Member of the Management Board of TIM SA resigned from the position of a Member of the Management Board of TIM SA with effect on December 31, 2017.” It should read: “The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław informs that on November 14, 2017 Mr. Artur Piekarczyk, a Member of the Management Board of TIM SA resigned from the function of a Member of the Management Board of TIM SA with effect on December 31, 2017.” |
