| TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as “TIM S.A.” or “the Company” declares that, due to a technical error in the data included in the separate and consolidated statements on total income from 1/07/2021 to 30/09/2021, it is necessary to make some corrections in the Consolidated Quarterly Report of the TIM Capital Group for 01/01/2021-30/09/2021, made public by the Company on 24 November 2021. A detailed description of the corrections made to the Consolidated Quarterly Report of the TIM Capital Group for 01/01/2021-30/09/2021 may be found in the attachment to this report. Additionally, TIM S.A. informs that the above-mentioned corrections have no effect on the Consolidated Quarterly Report of the TIM Capital Group for 01/01/2021-30/09/2021 nor on the financial statements of TIM S.A. for 01/01/2021-30/09/2021. In accordance with the Article 15(4) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), the Company undertakes to make the corrected Consolidated Quarterly Report of the TIM Capital Group for 01/01/2021-30/09/2021 public today. |
