Dates of handing over periodical reports of TIM S.A. in 2019

| The Board of TIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław, pursuant to Article 80, section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State (Dz.U. of 2018, item 757) hereby presents dates of handing over periodical reports in 2019:
1. Consolidated extended quarterly reports: 2. Consolidated extended half-yearly report for the first six months of 2019: 11.09.2019. 3. Annual reports: The Board of TIM S.A. represents that pursuant to Article 62, sections 1 and 3 of the above-mentioned Ordinance, it shall not publish separate individual quarterly reports and separate individual half-yearly report. The consolidated quarterly reports shall include quarterly financial information; whereas the consolidated half-yearly report shall include half-yearly Financial Statements together with the report developed by an entity authorized to carry out audits of Financial Statements. Moreover, in accordance with Article 79, section 2 of the above-mentioned Ordinance, the Board of TIM S.A. shall not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 and Q4 of the financial year. All periodical reports will be published on the website of the Company (www.timsa.pl), tab “Investor relations”. |
