TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław _hereinafter: TIM S.A.,Company or Issuer_, acting pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state _ consolidated text of Journal of Laws of Laws of 2018, item 757)_below, announces the dates of publication of interim reports in 2022:
2.Consolidated extended semi-annual report for H1 2022 – 21 September 2022.
The Management Board of TIM S.A. declares that, pursuant to Article 62 sections 1 and 3 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Company, as the parent company, will not submit separate individual quarterly reports or a separate semi-annual report. The consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information on the Issuer and the consolidated semi-annual report will contain the semi-annual financial statements of the Issuer together with the review report by the entity authorised to audit the financial statements. Furthermore, pursuant to section 79 section 2 of the aforementioned Regulation, TIM S.A. will not submit a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 and Q4 of the financial year. Interim reports will be posted on the Company’s website at www.timsa.pl, under the “Investor Relations” tab. |
