Deadlines for announcing periodic reports of TIM SA in the year 2018

Management Board of TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław pursuant to § 103, sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State _ i.e. Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133, as amended_, hereby announces the dates of publishing periodic reports in the year 2018:
Management Board of TIM S.A. represent that pursuant to par. 83, sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation cited above, the Company shall not publish separate individual quarterly reports and a separate individual six-monthly report. Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information and the consolidated six-monthly report will include six-monthly financial statements together with the report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements. In addition, pursuant to par.101, sec. 2 of the Regulation cited above, Management Board of TIM S.A. will not announce the consolidated quarterly report for the second and fourth quarter of the financial year. Periodic reports will be published on the Company’s website www.timsa.pl, in the „Investor Relations” tab. |
