| The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław _hereinafter referred to as: “the Company” _ pursuant to § 5(1) and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state, informs that on July 2, 2018 the Management Board of TIM S.A. adopted a resolution to grant Mr. Piotr Nosal a power of attorney including the empowerment to act on behalf of TIM S.A. together with a member of the Management Board of the Company. Below we present information about Mr Nosal’s education, qualifications and previously held positions: Piotr Nosal, magister inżynier; Wrocław University of Technology; Department of Electrics; Faculty of Electrical Engineering; specializing in: Electroenergetics 2011 – postgraduate studies; Wrocław University of Economics; The Effective Manager of a Modern Company. Professional experience: TIM S.A. 2018 – now – Sales Director 2014 – 2017 – Deputy Director of Sales 2010 – 2014 – Market Manager 2009 – 2010 – Deputy Head of the Sales Support Department 2008 – 2009 – Product Manager 2007 – 2008 – Specialist Technician at Moeller Electric SP. z o.o. 2005 – 2007 – Technical and Commercial Advisor. Mr Piotr Nosal does not perform competitive activities in relation to TIM SA, neither he participate in any competitive company as a partner of a civil-law partnership, a partnership or as a member of such company’s body nor he participates in any other legal person as a member of its governing body. Mr. Piotr Nosal has not been listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register (KRS) Act. |
