TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław acting pursuant to Art. 70, point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005r on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies is announcing to the public the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. which was held on 23 October 2020.

1.Krzysztof Folta: 4,600,000 stocks/votes (28.08 % of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting;_20.72 % of the share in the total number of votes),
at the EGM of TIM SA Ewa and Krzysztof Folta held a total of: 5,175,018 stocks/votes (31.59 % of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 23.31 % of the share in the total number of votes).

2.Krzysztof Wieczorkowski: 3,000,000 stocks/votes (18.32 % of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 13.51 % of the share in the total number of votes).

3.Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny: 1,565,000 stocks/votes (9.55 % of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 7.05 % of the share in the total number of votes).

4.Funds represented by Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA, i.e.:

holding a total of 1,693,000 stocks/votes (10.34 % of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 7.63 % of the share in the total number of votes).

5.Jan Walulik: 861,401 stocks/votes (5.26 % of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 3.88 % of the share in the total number of votes).

6.Kazimierz Stogniew: 847,004 stocks/votes (5.17 % of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 3.82 % of the share in the total number of votes),

According to the attendance list, shareholders holding 16,379,400 shares entitling to 16,379,400 votes, which represents 73.78% share in the share capital of TIM S.A. amounting to PLN 22,199,200.00, participated in the Extraordinary General Meeting. One stock of TIM SA entitles to cast one vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of TIM SA.
