| TIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław, acting pursuant to Article 70, section 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, on Conditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, publishes the list of Shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. which was held on 15 May 2019.
1. Krzysztof Folta: 4,600,000 shares/votes (28.62% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 20.72% share in the total number of votes), jointly Ewa and Krzysztof Folta at the OGMS of TIM S.A. possessed: 5,100,000 shares/votes (31.73% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 22.97% share in the total number of votes), 2.Krzysztof Wieczorkowski: 3,000,000 shares/votes (18.67% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 13.51% share in the total number of votes), 3. Funds reprezented by Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., i.e.: a_Rockbridge Subfundusz Akcji – 80,000 shares/votes, Jointly Funds represented by Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. possessed 2,279,104 shares/votes (14.18% shares in the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 10.27% share in the total number of votes). 4. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny: 1,560,000 shares/votes (9.71% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 7.03% share in the total number of votes), 5. GOVERNMENT OF NORWAY: 1,113,635 shares/votes (6.93 % share in the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 5.02% share in the total number of votes). 6.Jan Walulik: 861,401 shares/votes (5.36% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 3.89% share in the total number of votes), In accordance with the attendance list, Shareholder holding 16,070,781 shares took part in the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; it entitles to 16,070,781 votes which constitutes 72.39% share in the share capital of TIM S.A. which amounts to 22,199,200 PLN. One share of TIM S.A. entitles to one vote at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. |
