| TIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław, acting pursuant to Article 70, section 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, on Conditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, publishes the list of Shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. which was held on 29 June 2020.
1. Krzysztof Folta: 4,600,000 shares/votes (37.58% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 20.72% share in the total number of votes), jointly Ewa and Krzysztof Folta at the OGMS of TIM S.A. possessed: 5,150,000 shares/votes (42.08% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 23.20% share in the total number of votes), 2.Krzysztof Wieczorkowski: 3,000,000 shares/votes (24.51% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 13.51% share in the total number of votes), 3. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny: 1,560,000 shares/votes (12.75% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 7.03% share in the total number of votes), 4. Jan Walulik: 861,401 shares/votes (7.04% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 3.88% share in the total number of votes), 5. GOVERNMENT OF NORWAY: 842,198 shares/votes (6.88 % share in the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 3.79% share in the total number of votes). 6. Mirosław Nowakowski: 710,000 shares/votes (5.80% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A.; 3.20% share in the total number of votes), In accordance with the attendance list, Shareholder holding 12,238,605 shares took part in the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; it entitles to 12,238,605 votes which constitutes 55.13% share in the share capital of TIM S.A. which amounts to 22,199,200 PLN.
