| TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław acting pursuant to Art. 70, point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies is announcing to the public the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. which was held on 15 June 2021. 1.Krzysztof Folta: 4 600 000 stocks/votes (33.43 % of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A.; 20.72 % in the total number of votes), at the OGM of TIM S.A., which was held on 15.06.2021, Ewa and Krzysztof Folta held a total of: 5 204 814 stocks/votes (37.83 % of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A.; 23.45 % in the total number of votes). 2.Krzysztof Wieczorkowski: 3 000 000 stocks/votes (21.80 % of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A.; 13.51 % of the share in the total number of votes). 3.Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny: 1 641 000 stocks/votes (11.93 % of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A.; 7.39 % in the total number of votes). 4.Kazimierz Stogniew: 867 004 stocks/votes (6.3 % of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A.; 3.90 % in the total number of votes). 5.Jan Walulik: 861 401 stocks/votes (6.26 % of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A.; 3.88 % in the total number of votes). According to the attendance list, shareholders holding 13 760 065 shares entitling to 13 760 065 votes, which represents a share of 61,98 % in the share capital of TIM S.A. amounting to PLN 22 199 200.00, participated on 15 June 2021 in the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. One share of TIM S.A. entitles to casting one vote at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. |
