| TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as “TIM S.A.” or the “Company”) informs that the Company’s unconsolidated revenue cumulatively since 1 January 2021 has exceeded PLN 1 billion (in words: one billion zloty), thus the main financial objectives adopted by the Management Board of TIM S.A. in “Medium-term strategy of TIM S.A. for the years 2019-2021” have been achieved, i.e. achieving by 2021 the Company’s annual revenue at the level of at least PLN 1 billion and EBITDA profitability not lower than 3.6%. The Company informed about the adoption of the aforementioned strategy in current report no. 12/2019 of 11 April 2019. |
