| Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław notifies that on 29.03.2018 the Management Board of TIM SA adopted a resolution on the allocation of profit generated by TIM SA in 2017. Pursuant to the aforementioned resolution and the drawn up on its basis motion to the Supervisory Board and the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA, the net profit generated by the Company in 2017 will be allocated in its entirety to cover the loss from previous years. The motion, referred to above, will be examined and evaluated by the Supervisory Board of TIM SA at the forthcoming meeting. The final decision on the distribution of profit generated in 2017 will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA. |
