| The Board of TIM SA, with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Act on public offering and the conditions of introducing financial instruments to organize a trading system and on public companies, announces to the public that the Company on September 6, 2018 was informed by Norges Bank with its registered office in Oslo, Norway, on the acquisition by the above entity on 03 September 2018 of 1 113 635 shares in TIM SA, which represents a share of 5.02% in the share capital of the Company. The shares acquired by Norges Bank entitle to 1 113 635 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which constitutes a share of 5.02% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of TIM SA. |
