Notification of appointment of a TIM SA Supervisory Board member

| TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław _hereinafter referred to as “the Company” _ hereby announces to the public that on June 8, 2018, the Company received from Mr. Krzysztof Folta, a shareholder of TIM SA, an application of Mr. Grzegorz Dzik for the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The application was submitted for consideration as a part of the agenda at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on June 13, 2018 _current statemnt of the Company No 17/2018 of May 17, 2018_.
Together with the above-mentioned candidature, the Company received a CV and a statement submitted by Mr. Grzegorz Dzik according to which he agrees to be a candidate for the position in the Company’s Supervisory Board. The CV of Mr. Grzegorz Dzik has been annexed to this statement. Furthermore, on June 8, 2018, the Company received from Mr. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski, a shareholder of TIM SA, an application of Mr. Leszek Mierzwa for the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The application was submitted for consideration as a part of the agenda at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on June 13, 2018 _current statemnt of the Company No 17/2018 of May 17, 2018_. Together with the above-mentioned candidature, the Company received a CV and a statement submitted by Mr. Leszek Mierzwa according to which he agrees to be a candidate for the position in the Company’s Supervisory Board. The CV of Mr. Leszek Mierzwa has been annexed to this statement. |
